PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE PATTERNS AND KITS, NOT FINISHED RUGS OR PROJECTS! PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE WOOL OR FABRICS UNLESS STATED AS A KIT

Shipping and Delivery
We ship all of our products via USPS mail or UPS depending on your order's total weight, which will usually get your package to you within 4 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. It is YOUR responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. We pride ourselves on getting your order mailed as soon as possible, but sometimes there can be a delay. Patterns might need to be drawn or wool dyed. We do everything in our power to ship your order out within 3 business days! Please remember we are a small business, not Walmart or Amazon. We do not have a warehouse full of items or 100’s on staff to create, pull, pack and ship your order. We are a small family run business. We try very hard to keep inventory on the website correct. But sometime we do sell out of an item. Shipping may take a few extra days if the orders are from a live show. These tend to generate a large amount of orders.

Privacy and Security
Your information is safe with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do NOT share personal customer information with anyone outside our company, other than what is necessary to process your order (secure credit card validation and shipping information). If you choose to join our email list, we will be happy to keep you updated on what’s happening in the studio. This list is maintained by us and not sold. Other information such as your telephone number, address, and credit card number is used only by us to process and fulfill your order. We only receive the last 4 numbers of your cc. Not the full thing and we do not keep credit card info on file.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on any products after 14 days of delivery. Please call us before returning any products. Items must be returned/exchanged/refunded within 30 days of the original order date. You will not be refunded charges or shipping charges on returned products unless our error. If your order met our free shipping threshold, the actual shipping we paid will be deducted from the refund. Once again, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE PATTERNS, SUPPLIES AND KITS! THEY ARE NOT FINISHED RUGS OR PROJECTS!

Sales Tax
Currently, we only have to collect sales tax on orders shipping to customers in Florida. This may change in the future as the Supreme Court's June 21, 2018 ruling in Wayfair v. South Dakota requires more sellers to collect sales tax when they reach a certain threshold of sales in that state. We try to be as accurate as possible to charge the correct rate for the address we are shipping your order to.
