Chilly Willy the Snowman Mat

 We used #8 pearls cotton. By semi pre cut means that it is mostly cut out for you. But you will receive the wool and pattern to cut out the three pieces we do not have dies for. The green beanie, the red brim and his carrot nose! All easy to trace from the pattern and cut out. Everything else is pre cut for you, the black backing, the flannel back, the white face, all the Pennie’s and the bow tie and eyes and mouth. This is a fast fun and easy kit to stick up for winter! The Threads we used are listed, they are all valdani #8 pearl cotton. The finished size is 11.5x21
